Oil additives are a balanced multitasking complex of different compounds, having different purpose and different mechanism of action. The concentration of some of them may decrease during operation, others inhibit harmful processes, while remaining in the mixture in unchanged amounts. In the most basic oil the products of combustion accumulate, there are different processes: corrosion of metals, oxidation of the oil itself. Therefore, it is necessary to change the engine oil on a constant basis so that the by-products of combustion are replaced.
